Here is what I created for this week's challenge:
It's really a simple card - and it was soooo much fun to make! I love using the Fringe Scissors from SU. I just took a range of shades and snipped it with the scissors. I left about a 1/4" or so at the top of each so each layer was easy to adhere to the card. The very top layer I trimmed off a little bit and added the ruffled ribbon to cover up the edge. Add any sentiment, a flower and some bling...and presto...an adorable card!

Joyce this card is absolutely gorgeous!!! Love the ombre effect of shades of blue! I had NO idea that your ruffles were made of paper with scissors!! LOL I actually thought it was ribbon!! Love it!
