Tasty Tuesday

Tastefully Simple has an amazing new line  - TS eatwell. It is helping me make health eating so much easier...and keeping it all tasty. Here's a delicious salad I had at work using the Strawberry Balsamic Vinegar of Modena.

I know this is going to sound crazy...but it doesn't have what I consider a "balsamic" taste. It's a robust fruity taste and made my salad perfect. Of course I topped it with a little Feta cheese. For me, no salad is complete without cheese, sad by true...lol!
