Welcome to the new year!
I hope everyone had a wonderful holiday and is looking forward to the new year. I haven't made any resolutions, instead I am making at least one small, but meaningful change each month. I've started with eating a healthy breakfast every day, and honestly, I do think it is making a difference. I am making a veggie and fruit smoothie. Now I have no intention of giving up my coffee...but breakfast is now more than just coffee. How about you? Any positive changes for the new year?
Our sponsor this week is Little Blue Button Stamps (LBBS). If you haven't checked them out, you definitely need too. They have some super adorable stamps. They are one of our new sponsors for this year and I think they might be my favorite :) I'm looking forward to working with them this year.
Our Challenge - It's a New Year, Bling it On!
Starts: Friday, January 9th 12:00 AM (eastern time)
Ends: Friday, January 16th 6:00 PM (eastern time)
Here is what I created for this week's challenge.
I am totally of the opinion that life is better with bling! So I was excited to go overboard with this one. I used glitter paper and stickles and bling. The digi is Cutie in Wonderland. The little bottle in her hand says "drink me". I thought the card would be cute to pair with a bottle of wine when I go to visit some friends. I colored in the flowers with various Gelatos and then did a slight "wipe" of clear stickles down the center of each and in the middle. It also made me realize that I need to expand my Gelatos collection...I had no pink...yikes!

Joyce I just LOVE this card!!! Your cutie in wonderland digital stamp is gorgeous! Just the perfect colors for the winter time. I love that you can bring this with a bottle of wine to a friend's place and have it coordinate to perfectly with the sentiment! Nicely done my friend. I love the flowers and never would have guessed that you colored them with gelatos. Don't you just love gelatos? Aahh swooning over them! And good for you that you are starting off the new year trying to eat healthier in the mornings! Keep it up!!
