Thankful Thursday

Today I want to share that I am thankful for Farmer's Markets. I have been making a lot of healthy food choices and have enjoyed getting fresh veggies at a local Farmer's Market this summer.

Bad to the Bone

My little man just loves his bully sticks! I'm not sure there is much in life that makes him happier than a fresh bully stick...lol!

I am trying to be sure I scrap the everyday things that are a part of life. I hope you are too! It's those everyday moments that are so precious and I have found that I tend to take them for granted.

Simply Saturday

And here is another layout I finally got some pictures onto! This one took a bit longer to get around to using. But when I go through my binder of completed layouts I feel like I automatically know if certain photos should go on that layout.

This is the Easter celebration that goes with last Saturday's layout. And yes, my niece fell alseep and I came across a photo of her sleeping so my brother held it up to her while I took the photo...lol! I'm not even sure she has seen this photo yet :)

I used stuff from my stash for this layout. The paperbag (from Melissa Frances) has hidden journaling inside it. Sometimes it's just nice to have a pre-colored digi to get a quick layout put together :)

Thankful Thursday

I am thankful for the animal rescues who work so hard and so tirelessly to help abandoned and abused animals! I got both my dogs from rescues, Midnight when I was living in Florida and Jemma from one up here in Jersey. And the volunteers are amazing in what they do! I love animals but I'm not sure I could handle the abuse cases...I wish all abused animals could be rescued immediately! Can ya' tell I'm an animal lover :)

Gifting Layouts

Here are two layouts I have almost finished for my nieces. I actually want to frame them and give them these before finishing them. I want them to title the pages and put the journaling in the boxes for their special events.

These are from 2015 from their High School Prom and 8th Grade Dance. I'm not sure why the paper looks wavy. I had the pages on my scrap easel and in person it looked flat.  I can't believe how grown up they are now! Of course, I'm not getting older as they are getting older...lol!

So I previously posted this layout I did in a Close to My Heart class. I keep a binder with my finished layouts that are ready to use. And I finally put pictures on it!
