Here is what I created for this week's challenge using
Ava Snow Globe from Bugaboo!

I colored her in using my Kaiser Glitter Gel pens and added a little Stickles for additional sparkle...because snow globes need lots and lots of sparkle! I always loved turning snow globes upside down as a kid and this brought back lots of fun memories.

We get to use whatever we want for Di's Digis challenges so I used Spread Your Wings by Krumspring to create these tags. 

I was taking a class over at Joys of Life Scrapbooking on using Distress Oxides and intentionally brought my stamp set to use on some tags. I have to admit, I am so hooked on the Oxides! They are so nice to work with and you can stamp and resist and layer colors on them wonderfully! I colored in some of the images using my Karirina Wink pens, which work wonderfully on top of the Oxides. I will most likely use these in my One Little Word Book or my art journal. I just love the way they came out.

Here is what I created for this week's challenge using The Cutting Cafe's Mason Shaped Jar:

This is a fabulous cutting file with lots of options to fill the jar. But I chose to make another embellishment using some flowers I purchased from Joys of Life Scrapbook Store. One thing that's really hard to see in the photo is I cut out the center of the jar and put a piece of vellum behind it. I also colored in about 3/4 of the vellum to create water in the jar.

Here is what I created for this week's challenge
using Chicks in a Snow Globe from A Day for Daisies:

Isn't this is cutest digi ever!
This is not at all what I had planned for my card when I received this digi....but it's been one of those weeks 😩  My plan was to make a shaker card, how cute would that be! I went to get my foam to build my base...oops that is packed to move already. No worries, I will build it using cardboard. Now where is my confetti to put in it? All. Packed. Every. Single. One.  
Next idea, make the eggs glitter with Stickles! Cute right? Oh no...Stickles are packed too! Oh, I have some cute Easter ribbon...yikes that's packed too! By now I am stressing out...LOL~
I do have my Glossy Accents so I made it into a snow globe using that and colored it in using Prism Pencils (coloring is so relaxing...which I needed about now!). I did pop up one image on top of the other to give it a little dimension. I keep ribbon pieces in my tools kit so I was able to find some spring ribbon.

Fun~day Friday #156

The challenge starts today, Friday, September 16th at 12:00 AM (eastern time) and ends Friday, September 23rd  at 6:00 PM (eastern time). And here is what I created using the pre-colored digi, Let's Light It Up Cake Colored. 

I used stuff from my stash for this layout. The paperbag (from Melissa Frances) has hidden journaling inside it. Sometimes it's just nice to have a pre-colored digi to get a quick layout put together :)
